Shipping and Deliveries
How long does shipping take?
Shipments to Italy are delivered in 1-4 business days. For Europe, delivery times vary from 2 to 6 business days depending on the destination country.
What are the shipping costs?
Italy : €8.90 (Free for orders of 2 or more T-shirts)
Europe Zone 1 : €16.90 (Free for orders of 3 or more T-shirts)
Europe Zone 2 : €20.90 (Free for orders of 4 or more T-shirts)
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Products and Sizes
What are the characteristics of t-shirts?
100% organic cotton in conversion, 180 g/m², regular fit.
Are the prints quality?
Yes, we use Direct To Garment (DTG) printing and high-quality premium colors that resist washing.
How should I wash t-shirts?
We recommend washing at 30°C, inside out, without bleach, and spinning at a low speed. Iron at medium heat, without steam, and turn the shirt inside out.
How do I choose the right size?

Returns and Exchanges
How can I return a product?
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to request a return.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
Contact us at support@t-shart.shop with your order number, item, reason, and a photo of the product.
In case of defects, errors, or tampering during shipping, please report it to us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods through Shopify Payments.
