WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Right of withdrawal (for European consumers)

The right of withdrawal applies to online purchases made by individuals (not VAT holders) acting for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, craft, or professional activities. It allows you to return the goods without giving any reason and obtain a full refund of the price paid.

Terms and procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an explicit statement by email to support@t-shart.shop within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, communicating your decision. The product must then be returned within a further 14 calendar days at your own expense.

Conditions of the returned product

The consumer is required to return the goods in their original condition, so as to ensure their resaleability:

  • The item must not have been worn, used, or washed.
  • All tags must be intact.
  • It must be packaged in its original packaging.

Refund

The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof of shipment by the consumer has been provided. In any case, the refund must be made within 14 calendar days of notification of withdrawal, provided that the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.

The refund includes the price of the product and any initial shipping costs incurred by the consumer. If the initial shipment was free, it will not be refunded.

Decrease in value

If the returned product has lost value due to improper use, the seller may retain an amount equal to the decrease in value that the product has suffered. This amount may also be the entire price of the product if the damage is severe.

The seller cannot retain any amount if the returned goods have lost value due to manufacturing defects or problems, in which case the consumer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement product.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items. Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable after purchase.

VOLUNTARY RETURNS

In addition to the right of withdrawal provided for by law, we offer the possibility of voluntary returns under the following conditions.

How to request a return

After receiving an item, you have 14 calendar days to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@t-shart.shop, attaching the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item name and size
  • Reason for return
  • Photo of the product

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions for shipping the return.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

It must not have been worn, used, or washed
It must have all tags intact
It must be in its original packaging

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Defects or shipping errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@t-shart.shop in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects or problems
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged or tampered package

Please attach to your request:

  • Order number
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or error
  • Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged or tampered with)
  • Photos of the contents of the package

In these cases, we will assess the problem and arrange for a replacement or full refund, with shipping costs at our expense.

Refund times

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Responsibility during return shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping. T-SHART will not be liable for damage or loss of products shipped by the customer. Damage to goods during transport for withdrawal or return is not covered by T-SHART, but only by the customer's courier (if the goods have been insured). If the product arrives damaged, the refund procedure will be suspended.

We recommend insuring the return shipment to protect yourself from damage or loss.

Excluded items

Personalized items cannot be returned, except in the case of defects or shipping errors. Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable after purchase.
