If, during the order fulfillment process, the courier encounters one or both of these situations, we will notify you by email.
Note: To avoid surcharges, you can request delivery to alternative addresses or post offices located in neighboring areas that are not subject to surcharges.

The delivery time is calculated from the moment the courier takes charge of the order. The shipment tracking number will be sent by email.
Packaging and Shipping Limits
Our products are carefully shipped in flyers designed to protect them from liquids and possible tampering.
Important: Each shipment can contain a maximum of 5 t-shirts. For orders exceeding this limit, it will be necessary to divide the shipment into several packages, resulting in additional shipping costs. In this case, we will contact you before proceeding to confirm the details and total costs.
Availability and processing times
For all products available in stock, delivery to the courier for shipment will take place on the next working day.
If an item is not available, you can contact us at info@t-shart.shop specifying the products and sizes you want. We will send you a notification when the item is back in stock.
Delivery and verification of products
In this document, “Customer” means the recipient of the goods or their representative.
Delivery is considered complete when the product is delivered to the Customer. The delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery of the product, will constitute proof of transport and release of the goods.
Upon delivery, the Customer must check the contents, conformity, and condition of the products. Therefore, it is recommended to check the condition of the delivered products before signing the delivery note, and in particular:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document attached to the shipment;
that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and unaltered. In this case, check the integrity of the contents if necessary. - If the Customer finds any anomalies, they must put their reservations in writing, detailing and dating them. These reservations must be communicated to info@t-shart.shop.
If the courier's document is signed without any “reservations” being noted, the Customer may not make any complaint about the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
